Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using yt2brave ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

yt2brave is a macOS application that automatically redirects YouTube links from Safari to your preferred browser (Brave, Chrome, or Edge). The App provides:

• Automatic URL monitoring and redirection
• Support for multiple browsers
• Optional Safari tab closure after redirection
• Menu bar utility interface
• One-time purchase with unlimited redirections

License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use yt2brave on your personal macOS devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Receive updates and support as provided

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use the App in a way that could damage or impair the service

Pricing and Features

yt2brave is available as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store, providing unlimited redirections and all features.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

System Requirements

yt2brave requires:

• macOS 15.0 or later
• Safari browser (for source URL monitoring)
• At least one supported target browser (Brave, Chrome, or Edge)
• Apple Events permission for browser automation

yt2brave integrates with third-party browsers and services. YouTube™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Brave® is a registered trademark of Brave Software, Inc. Chrome™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Microsoft Edge® is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. yt2brave is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

Privacy and Data

yt2brave operates with privacy as a core principle. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates to the App will be delivered through the Mac App Store. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
